As a Regional Director for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, Matt has established relationships with the most successful and experienced agents across the country. These relationships have become an invaluable asset, providing Matt with not only a network of esteemed peers, but also a surplus of industry knowledge.
As a co-founder of the award-winning Industrial Property Team at NAI Ohio Equities, and as a member of NAI Global’s top-performing teams, Matt and the Industrial Property Team provide guidance to their clients on sales, leasing market conditions, site selection, deal negotiation and much more.
With a focus on logistics, the Industrial Property team has helped their clients expand and manage their national presence through demographic, labor and financial analysis of strategic locations. They are also experienced in the management and coordination of build-to-suit projects.
