Kaydee Hurst joined NAI Ohio Equities in 2017 as a marketing assistant and earned her Ohio real estate license in 2020. Today, she serves as an Associate with the Industrial Property Team in a hybrid role that combines brokerage duties with client services coordination. Her extensive background in commercial real estate—spanning marketing, client relations, and transaction management—provides clients with a unique depth of knowledge and insight into the Central Ohio industrial market.
Having lived in Ohio her entire life and Columbus for almost 2 decades, Kaydee has developed a deep familiarity with the city and its surrounding areas. With a degree journalism from The Ohio State University, she brings a well-rounded professional background that includes experience in technical writing, marketing, administration, and communications. This diverse skill set allows her to approach her work with a strategic and multifaceted perspective.
Outside of work, she is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer work with organizations like Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Keep Columbus Beautiful. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cheering on the Columbus Crew, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Dallas Cowboys, and exploring everything Central Ohio has to offer with her husband and kids.
