Curt has been in commercial real estate since 1986 with a focus and expertise in the industrial sector and works with a wide range of clients on a local, regional and national basis. He takes a consultative approach, helping his clients determine how every transaction will fit into their overall business model. Curt’s expert market knowledge and vast experience allows him to provide his clients with critical information with which they can make confident decisions.
As a co-founder of the award-winning Industrial Property Team at NAI Ohio Equities, and as a member of NAI Global’s top-performing teams and individuals, Curt and the Industrial Property Team provide guidance to their clients on sales, leasing, market conditions, site selection, deal negotiation and much more.
With a focus on logistics, the Industrial Property team has helped their clients expand and manage their national presence through demographic, labor and financial analysis of strategic locations. They are also experienced in the management and coordination of build-to-suit projects.
Born and raised in Grandview Heights, Curt is a lifelong resident of Columbus and resides in Grandview with his family. He is a diehard fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and St. Louis Cardinals, loves to fish, and has traveled to all fifty states in the U.S.
Curt is an alumnus of The Ohio State University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration in 1983 and an M.B.A. in 1986.
