Patrick Larrimer Assists The Animal Health Organization Find a Home

The Animal Health Organization, a new 501(c)(3) whose goal it is to provide high-quality, low-cost services to animals, shelters, and families has finally found a home. The non-profit has recently opened at 7206 Gooding Blvd in Delaware, Ohio. The organization provides an array of services to animals including medical care, sheltering, and even providing food, shelter, supplies and medical care to animals of homeless or low-income families.

“For a small non-profit, it is truly a miracle when you find a location that meets, and exceeds your expectations and needs. Not only that, but our new location gives us the necessary space to grow, so that as we are able to serve more and more animals and their families without turning anyone away due to lack of space or capacity,” explains Myke Davis, President and Executive Director of The Animal Health Organization.

Formerly, space was home to the Olentangy Animal Hospital, allowing The Animal Health Organization a turn-key operation, since most of the equipment needed was already in the space. The organization plans to slowly grow into the 6,446 SF space.

Patrick Larrimer with NAI Ohio Equities represented the landlord, RKMS Investments in the transaction.
