June Closed Transactions

June was a solid month for NAI Ohio Equities despite investors proceeding judiciously as interest rates have continued to climb. Our Office Brokerage Group of Andy Dutcher, Matt Gregory and Philip Bird represented Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana on the purchase of 81 S. 5th Street. Volunteers of America plans to redevelop the building into a treatment facility. Additionally, John Mally represented the seller on the sale of 640-660 W. Rich Street in Franklinton, which will become the new home of Pilot Dogs, a dog guide school that trains and provides guide dogs to those who are visually impaired. Conor David closed more than $3 million in multifamily transactions this month with the sale of 290 W. National in Newark and a residential portfolio of single-family homes. Ryan McGreevy sold 2455 Harrisburg Pike, a 47,332 industrial flex space on 4.31 acres in Grove City for $3.4 million, and our Industrial Property Team leased more than 499,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. Overall, our brokerage team leased or sold nearly 674,000 square feet across 24 transactions.
