February was a big month for large transactions at NAI Ohio Equities. Of the month’s 15 closed transactions, 90% of transaction revenue stemmed from four deals. Overall, our brokerage department closed on more than 680,000 square feet and 93 acres with the majority of transactions being industrial or office sales or leases.
The team of Curt Berlin, Matt Osowski and Blake DeCrane represented the tenant on the month’s largest transaction. Inno-Pak, which announced last August that it would relocate from the 54,000-square-foot facility it has occupied since 2006 and expand into a new 202,000-square-foot facility and create an additional 34 new full-time jobs, closed on its lease at Sawmill Pointe Business park.
As the new leasing agents for the Healthcare Realty medical office portfolio in Central Ohio, Matt Gregory, Andy Dutcher and Philip Bird closed on leases at 150 Taylor Station Road and 85 McNaughten Road. The renewal for 150 Taylor Station Road was the largest office transaction of the month.
Ryan McGreevy represented the buyer on the purchase of a 14,112-square-foot industrial property at 2235 McKinley Avenue which was also one of the month’s largest industrial transactions.
