Owen Zimmerman has been with Ohio Equities since graduating in 2024, working with the Office Brokerage team. Benefitting from working on one of the firm’s most productive teams, Owen brings an innovative approach and a service-first mindset to every assignment. Owen has focused on office & retail leasing, representing tenants and owners/landlords. Being a Columbus native, Owen uses his market knowledge to professionally assist his clients in finding the right fit for their business. He is widely known for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to do whatever is needed to help clients and colleagues succeed.
Owen is a graduate of Miami University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the Farmer School of Business. He took an interest in real estate during college, where he was a member of the Miami University Real Estate Club. Outside of work, Owen is an avid competitive golfer whose attention to detail, patience, and perseverance on the course translate directly to his brokerage work. His accomplishments include competing in the past two Ohio Amateur Championships and winning the 2023 Club Championship title at Muirfield Country Club.
