Mike brings nearly three decades of in-depth experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing. As part of the Sheeran Semon Team, Mike has completed over a 1000 transaction sides representing landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers – and often representing clients on both sides of the deal in a large segment of his transactions. While Mike primarily focuses on the industrial sector, he has experience across all sectors including retail, office, land and development.
Mike operates with integrity and enthusiasm for real estate, and his dedication to his clients has enabled his to achieve an exceptional level of success exemplified by his averaging over 60 commercial transactions each year during his career at NAI Ohio Equities.
Mike possesses analytical skills and a deep understanding of all aspects of commercial real estate, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible representation no matter how complicated the assignment.
