Throughout his more than 20 years in hospitality and property management, Geoffrey Matwich has held several roles ranging from sales to management. Geoffrey manages a portfolio of both office and medical office buildings, including downtown high-rises, and is focused on providing short- and long-term asset value, responsible financial operations and reporting and superior customer service.
Geoffrey works closely with our team of maintenance technicians to proactively address building maintenance while ensuring prompt and effective communication with tenants. Geoffrey attended The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree and earned his real estate license in 2024.
