After spending 31 years in commercial insurance, Dan Sheeran Jr. transitioned to the commercial real estate industry, joining NAI Ohio Equities in 2017. As a co-founder of the Sheeran Semon Team, Dan and his partners have more than 90 years of combined commercial real estate experience and have found success in helping small to medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, as well as new business owners.
Dan is active with Columbus REALTORS®, having served on its Board of Directors and chairing various committees. He has also served as the State Director of Ohio REALTORS® for three terms, and in 2024 was also appointed as Secretary for CCIIR.
In 2019, Dan was awarded the Commercial Rookie of the Year Award and in 2022, the Top Producer and Top Industrial Transaction award through Columbus REALTORS®.
He is also active in the community, currently serving as an E.S.L. volunteer with the Dominican Learning Center and as a youth basketball coach and volunteer with Junior Achievement of Central Ohio.
