With a diverse background spanning financial services/insurance, marketing, photography, and real estate, Carol Lake brings a well-rounded background to her role as Client Services Coordinator. Having worked closely with investors to navigate the transaction process, from identification and lead generation, to managing the due diligence process and closing support, Carol provides thoughtful and proactive support to her agents.
Carol also leverages her marketing experience to help agents strengthen their brands, improve marketing efficiency, and develop tools and processes that support long-term business growth. Passionate about helping others succeed, she values being part of the progress and success of the agents she supports.
Carol is a graduate of Balwin Wallace University where she earned B.A. in Studio Arts with minors in Business Administration and Psychology.
