As Director of Market Research at NAI Ohio Equities, Brian Irwin leads the firm’s market research efforts, including the development and maintenance of its property database and the delivery of data-driven insights that support strategic real estate decisions.
Brian brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience spanning market research, brokerage, property management and operations. His experience across multiple facets of the industry gives him a practical understanding of the information owners, tenants and investors need to make informed decisions. Prior to joining NAI Ohio Equities, Brian served as Director of Market Research for Columbus REALTORS®, where he led housing and commercial market research and delivered market intelligence to industry professionals.
Brian is a past chair and board member of the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE) and remains active in the Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors (OCREE) and Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR). His longstanding involvement in the commercial real estate community complements his research expertise and broad understanding of the Central Ohio market.
