Mount Carmel Health System

Situated at 10330 Sawmill Pkwy. in Powell, Ohio, the medical office building owned by Mount Carmel Health System had aged over its 30-year lifetime. Until recently, the site was considered a likely candidate for redevelopment and therefore had deferred maintenance. It was then converted to supply chain storage and upgrades were made to the roof, fire panel and portions of the HVAC system. However, the exterior appearance of the building remained unappealing and did not reflect Mount Carmel’s commitment to its facilities.In November 2024, Mount Carmel approached Property Manager Adam Pope about developing a plan for the campus before its December budget approval deadline. Pope worked quickly, utilizing our network of trusted vendors to assess each exterior element and provide quotes ahead of the December deadline.The plan included fresh exterior paint, new LED parking lot and building uplighting, upgraded landscaping and exterior signage, and a full overlay of the parking lot and replacement of the concrete where it had failed.Through careful coordination, the plan was submitted on-time and on-budget. The project began in March 2025, and over the course of the summer months the project was completed bringing a fresh, updated look to the building, resulting in the upcoming expansion of Mount Carmel Primary Care to this facility in 2026.
