NAI Ohio Equities’ in-house marketing department is one of the many value-added services we offer to our clients. Marketing Flyer
We will prepare a detailed marketing package for your property that will be shared with targeted, qualified prospects as well as local brokers and Economic Development Directors. We take special care to present a professional property profile. The marketing package includes the following, when necessary: professional photographs of the property, a detailed description, property specifications, building layouts, floor plans, location maps, and demographics. We also strive to include traffic counts and maps of nearby amenities.

Email Distribution
We use an initial e-blast as the first point of touch for marketing a property. This email will go out to local and regional brokerages and user communities. We are also able to send e-blasts to brokers across the United States and around the world. Each piece will detail property strengths, using photos and selling points. We are also able to effectively track opportunities and report those back to our clients.

Monthly Broker Lunches
Our property listings are distributed monthly in a compiled list to our local brokers via e-mail. This keeps your property continuously in front of possible prospects.

Target Market & Cold Calling
One of the most important aspects of our marketing efforts will be contacting prospects specifically for the purpose of presenting your property. This is one of the most effective marketing tools we use. Targeted tenants will be called, and given information and made aware of the property.

We have the ability to create a unique property website for each of our listings, to showcase them in the best light. This allows our prospects the most up-to-date and relevant information. We are also able to securely share listing documentation 24/7, anytime, anywhere.
