Julie Schaefer is an Assistant Property Manager in the New Albany Office overseeing a portfolio of commercial buildings that includes manufacturing, office, retail and restaurant spaces. Her responsibilities also include nine homeowner associations in New Albany and Dublin that are comprised of approximately 6,000+ homes in premier single-family residential communities. She serves as liaison to four Architectural Review Committees and assists with over $6,000,000.00 in annual budgeting. Julie is a life-long Columbus resident.

What is one of your favorite buildings in Columbus?

Huntington Park! I am a lifelong baseball fan and grew up watching the Clippers at Cooper Stadium. While it is not the same, it is still a great ballpark and always fun to visit.

The New York Yankees, The Cleveland Indians (if they are not playing the Yankees), The Ohio State Buckeyes, and I am a long-suffering Cleveland Browns fan.
