Bruce has been in property management and real estate sales for over thirty years. He currently manages a portfolio of class A office, medical office, retail and industrial properties. His responsibilities include budgeting, coordination of construction and maintenance projects, directing day to day operations and client-tenant relations.

Where I live...downtown. It has been great fun watching downtown’s comeback. There seems to always be a new restaurant opening or new activity to enjoy.

What is a favorite pastime that you enjoy?

Reading and remodeling our loft apartment.
