Job Opportunity: Administrative/Marketing Assistant

NAI Ohio Equities is a 36-year old commercial real estate and property management company located in downtown Columbus. We are currently in search of an administrative and marketing assistant to work with our real estate agents.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong to working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; if you have working knowledge, the ability to be taught
  • Knowledge of working with online websites (WIX, Squarespace) to update when needed
  • Understanding of the real estate, especially commercial real estate market
  • Self-starter, fast-learner, and ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Marketing  preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing, real estate or administrative field

 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall daily administrative needs of 6-8 commercial real estate agents
  • Create marketing materials for properties
  • Assist in daily research
  • Assist in creating client reports
  • Update social media and website accounts
  • Assist front reception with phone duties
