NAI Ohio Equities closed a sale transaction last week securing 1800 West Fifth Ave. in Grandview to The Arledge Powell Company; owner of full-service media relations and multimedia production firm, MediaSource.  Previously owned by McCuen Company, a real estate investment and development company, Agent Matt Gregory helped facilitate the sale consisting of 5,400 square feet of property.
 
LOCAL DEVELOPER OF EMBASSY SUITES TEAMS UP WITH NAI OHIO EQUITIES

NAI Ohio Equities’ agent Michael Simpson closed a sale transaction last week securing 6.45 acres of land to local developer Core Properties who will develop an Embassy Suites hotel.  By late summer, Core Properties hopes to break ground on the 185-room property adding to the steady inventory of hotels and hallmarking the company’s presence in the lively airport market.
 
INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE PROVES TO BE A HOT MARKET

NAI Ohio Equities agent Jeff Gregg was involved in the direct representation of more than $30 million in investment and other real estate transactions during the months of January and February alone. Agent Jeff Gregg completed the second month of 2007 having already sold or leased almost 200,000 square feet of property.
 
BROKERAGE TEAM WRAPS UP NINE MILLION DOLLAR MONTH

A NAI Ohio Equities’ brokerage team has sold more than $9.5 million worth of property in the month of February alone. Agents, Dan Sheeran and Mike Semon also known as the Sheeran/Semon Partners, completed the second month of 2007 having already sold more than 580,000 square feet of property.
