A buyer has been found for the Gahanna Creekside waterfront development that combines commercial and retail space and residential units – and is currently in receivership.

The receiver filed a motion in Franklin County Common Pleas Court yesterday, recommending the court approve the $10.5 millions sale of the three-building, 360,000-square-foot project to Michigan-based Strathmore Development Company. (click here to read more)
