NAI Ohio Equities worked with the previous owner to modernize the office building in order to compete with other newly constructed buildings currently available in the market.  NAI Ohio Equities asset manager Chris Wagner, managed the 12-month transformation process aimed at attracting additional medical tenants due to its proximity to OSU Hospital and Riverside Methodist Hospital.

OSU Physicians LLC, worked with the City of Columbus, the property owner and NAI Ohio Equities, to take advantage of the Corridor’s opportunities.  Other major tenants in the Ackerman Place building include Wachovia Securities, Dynamic Medical Imaging, and OSU Managed Health Care.  With the sale, NAI Ohio Equities will retain the management and leasing of the building.

In addition to their own successful month, NAI Ohio Equities’ agent Pat Dwyer completed the sale of a 90,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 5075-5095 Westerville Road in Columbus.
