REBECCA DUFF IS A HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION MANAGER FOR NAI OHIO EQUITIES. SHE CURRENTLY MANAGES NEW ALBANY AREA ASSOCIATIONS CONSISTING OF 2355 UNITS INCLUDING SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND CONDOMINIUMS. MRS. DUFF IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED TO EACH COMMUNITY. THESE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE; BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PREPARATION OF BUDGETS, ANNUAL MEETINGS, PROJECT COORDINATION WITH HOMEOWNER AND BUILDER RELATIONS AND THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR EACH COMMUNITY.
RETURNING TO OHIO AFTER 32 YEARS, REBECCA, WHO GOES BY BECKY, BRINGS HER ASSOCIATION EXPERIENCE FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA. SHE IS CURRENTLY A LICENSED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER, WHICH LICENSING IS REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO MANAGE HOMEOWNER AND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS. IN ADDITION, MRS. DUFF IS A BOARD MEMBER AND TREASURER OF THE SUTHERLAND CROSSINGS TIMESHARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION IN FLORIDA. SHE WAS ELECTED TO THE JOURNEY’S END COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, A QUASI-GOVERNMENT POSITION IN THE COUNTY OF PALM BEACH, AS CHAIRPERSON UNTIL SHE LEFT FLORIDA. HER EXPERIENCE WITH ANNUAL BUDGETS IN EXCESS OF $1.5 MILLION, CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT, AND TURNOVER PROJECTS BRINGS ADDED KNOWLEDGE TO THE NEW ALBANY OFFICE. MRS. DUFF IS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE (CAI) AND IS CURRENTLY PURSUING ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS THROUGH THE NATIONAL BOARD OF CERTIFICATION FOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS.
