THE PROJECT DUBBED “WONDERLAND” WAS FORMED BY ADAM BROUILLETTE AND WILL SERVE AS THE MASTER TENANT. THE 64,400 SQUARE-FOOT BUILDING WILL BE USED AS A COOPERATIVE VENUE FOR ARTISTS PAIRED WITH OFFICES, STUDIOS, RECORDING FACILITIES AND PERFORMANCE SPACES, PLUS ROOM FOR GRASS-ROOTS RETAILERS. SEC OF FRONT STREET AND LONG STREET - THESE BUILDINGS IN COLUMBUS' CBD COMPRISE 30,000 SF. PETER HAS SOLD THIS PACKAGE OF BUILDINGS TWICE IN TWO YEARS AND MARKETED THE PROPERTIES AS A MIXED USE REDEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY.
