Mark specializes in Industrial, Office, Land and Retail Brokerage.
Mark was founder and President of Spectrum Builders Inc., a commercial General Contractor located in Pataskala, Ohio. He started the company with a partner in 1977 and departed in 2007 to pursue a career in commercial real estate. His construction company employed 40+ individuals at its peak and had annual sales from $10,000,000 to $12,000,000. The company successfully completed 52 projects for Bob Evans Farms, including 46 new restaurants, 17 hub sites for Time Warner Communications, 6 projects for the US Postal Service ranging in size from 4,000 sq. ft. to 52,000 sq. ft. In the mid 1990’s the company moved into the design build market and developed many sites in size from 1 acre to 7 acres with office, warehouse and retail projects, including an 88 unit $6m apartment project. All were completed on schedule and under budget.
Commercial real estate sales and leasing was a natural fit for Mark when he came on board with NAI Ohio Equities, LLC. in February or 2008. He hit the ground running and has not looked back! He has become the voice of commercial real estate in Western Licking County.
