With over ten years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Matt couples his extensive market knowledge with innovative technology to help tenants, landlords, sellers, and buyers realize their real estate goals. Matt is committed to the values of honesty and hard work and strives to go the extra mile for all of his clients.

Specializing in tenant and landlord representation for the sales and leasing of Office and Investment properties in Central Ohio, Matt works closely with clients to develop a comprehensive plan of action and then provides his clients with all the facts necessary to make informed decisions about their real estate opportunities.

In addition to his work in Central Ohio, Matt also specializes in corporate services managing his clients' global real estate portfolios. Matt has experience with large corporations, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, and non-profit organizations as well as knowledge of medical office buildings.

Matt spent four years providing in-house marketing and technology services at NAI Ohio Equities before joining the brokerage team and has since continued his role as Director of Information Technology, which enables him to stay current on breakthrough marketing and technology ideas.

Matt is a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive Communication.
