For over 25 years Hope has provided service to a wide range of clients ranging from institutional and entrepreneurial investor groups to developers, national retailers and regional franchises. With a broad background of expertise in acquisition and disposition and asset management, across both the retail and multi-family sectors, she has successfully navigated her clients through virtually every property type and economic condition. She approaches each of her assignments strategically, utilizing her deep understanding of both the transactional and operational side of real estate, along with extensive research and analysis. She is known for hitting the nail on the head, for finding creative solutions, building and enhancing value, capitalizing on market potential and having a deep understanding of the bottom line.

Over the course of her professional career Hope has received many awards and accolades and set many records including, most recently, in 2013 received NAI Global Elite Top Performer award and CoStar Group Top Broker award. In 2012, the largest single transaction in NAI Ohio Equities’ history ($45.2M). Hope has participated in over $1B in transactions throughout the US.
