Curt is consistently one of NAI Ohio Equities Top Producers and has been involved in commercial real estate at NAI Ohio Equities since 1987. His focus and expertise are in the industrial sector with specialization in landlord and tenant representation as well as industrial investment sales. His scope of services include, negotiation of lease and sale contracts, creating and implementing leasing and sales marketing programs, consulting, property valuation (BOV’s), lease vs sale comparison analysis, lease comparison analysis and investment analysis. He has successfully worked with a wide range of clients on a local and national basis.

Curt is known for his honesty, integrity and work ethic as well as his ability to work through the complexities of a deal which allow him to provide the best possible representation to his clients. He was recognized in 2011 for the largest new transaction by Prologis and as a Power Broker by CoStar Group.
